They’re also diving deep into Technology, AI, Automation, and Data. This is your chance to help them break new ground.
They’re on the hunt for two sharp graduates to join the team as Researchers. Your role? Simple - blend research with relationship-building. You’ll dig deep into the data but also thrive on the phone, connecting with top talent and helping deliver on the promises made to clients.
This isn’t your average recruitment gig. My client doesn’t do ‘average’. They use a data-driven approach to attract and retain the best talent. You’ll be part of a global operation, working out of the Newport Pagnell office (with opportunities to collaborate with colleagues in their London HQ and Dubai office).
What you’ll need:
- A 2:1 or above from a top university
- Confidence on the phone

What you’ll get:
- A base salary of £25,000 - £28,000
- An excellent bonus scheme
- Office time: 4 days a week initially, dropping to 3 after passing your probation
