We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Pricing / Billing Analyst to join our Treasury Services Pricing & Billing Team. This role is located in Manchester, UK – HYBRID. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Create, Maintain, and Execute Fee Schedules and Exception Pricing requests on behalf of Relationship Management. Provide internal and external support to client billing enquires, via email and phone. Responsible for monthly reconciliation of internal currency accounts that accept payments by applying the payment to the corresponding account receivables using TLM system and other process associated tasks. Provide prompt resolutions to complex billing discrepancies. Timely and accurate completion of requests while proactively managing shareholder expectation. Demonstrate ownership of the Fee Schedule process by asking appropriate questions, connecting the dots, and offering value added suggestions for how to solve issues and/or better utilize Fee Flow and the pricing process. When required the Analyst will work with Relationship & Product Managers, as well as internal teams to resolve disputed pricing issues in accordance with the Treasury Services Charge and Refund approval process. Support the maintenance of all aspect of the Fee Flow system include UAT testing when needed. Demonstrate a clear understanding of how Products work together by suggesting, creating and/or utilizing appropriate templates to fulfill requests. Timely completion of adjustments while following in accordance with Treasury Service Charge and Refund approval process. Prepare monthly reporting of outstanding aged Account Receivables for distribution to Leadership Team. Act as a gatekeeper to protect Treasury Services Revenue. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Fluent in English, both written and verbal with a strong command of grammar and vocabulary. Strong interpersonal and time management skills. Strong analytical and data background. Relevant years of experience in billing. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Experience in communicating effectively with a variety of audiences. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
