Role & Responsibility:
- Regular travelling throughout the UK/ROI for meetings with clients & prospects
- The Relationship Manager will be responsible for onboarding new clients and nurturing existing clients to grow the account
- Work closely with the presales team in India and UK Regional Head
- Present Pinnacle Infotech to prospects and clients, explain the process, documentation and understand expectations
- Follow-up on emails and meetings to ensure clear communication
- Speak to clients regularly and provide feedback to the production team
- Attend kick-off meetings, coordination meetings and weekly review meetings
- Manage all assigned customer accounts from CRM Tool i.e. Salesforce
- Make calls to customers for new opportunities
- Call the client after proposal submission to ensure scope is met and address any questions
- Follow up to check proposal status and keep the estimation/BD team informed
- Get cross references and partner information from other trades
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences and professional associations
- Ensure onboarding of new clients and bridge the gap between client and production team
- Build relations with clients and monitor upcoming projects and projections
- Support the production team to understand client requirements and specifications
- Maintain a high level of verbal and written communication between customer and production team
- Demonstrate a sense of pride and adhere to high standards and quality personally and in their work product and services
