They are seeking a passionate and skilled Head Chef – Designate to join their dynamic kitchen team, working across all 7 sites with a view to a permanent, static head chef position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fresh food cooking and a genuine enthusiasm for creating delicious, high-quality dishes.
As Head Chef - Designate, you will work closely with their Executive Head Chefs to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen, maintain their high standards, and contribute to the creation of new and exciting menu items.

- Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Head Chef in a similar role, preferably in a pub or restaurant with a focus on fresh food
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
