Discover International has partnered with a global business successfully delivering automation solutions for 30+ years to various industries. This is an exciting opportunity to lead innovative automated machinery projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver various projects within the given scope and budget.
- Define key project milestones and allocate sufficient resources.
- Coordinate technical departments to ensure all aspects of the project are under control.
- Schedule and supervise shipping, commissioning, and installation, including on-site management at customer premises.
- Maintain up-to-date project plans and documents.
- Manage project changes impacting scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules using project management tools, e.g., MS Project.
Required/Desirable skills:
- Several years of strong project management experience in Automation Equipment Manufacturing, Robotics, or High-tech Machinery building environment.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery with multi-disciplinary teams.
- Understanding of capital equipment engineering systems and automation.
- Proactive, can-do attitude with personal drive and motivation.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels within the team, wider business, and suppliers.
