Incentives Associate

Attracting and retaining talent in organisations is high on a lot of firms’ agendas. Introducing incentive schemes which reward employees, boost performance, improve motivation can really help an organisation achieve their goals.

We are working with leading consulting firms who are seeking qualified individuals, be it accountancy qualified or legally qualified, who are experienced in the area of incentive plans, including all employee share purchase plans.

If you would like the opportunity to be in a client facing role, dealing with companies of varying size and across a variety of sectors, this could be an ideal opportunity to move into the world of consulting. You will be responsible for advising clients on equity and cash-based incentive schemes, ensuring schemes are tax efficient and compliant. Experience in designing and structuring both new incentive plans and reviewing existing plans ensuring they remain fit for purpose will be your key responsibility. You will also need to enjoy being actively involved in business development, building client proposals, internal and external presentations and writing material on technical and other issues.

Key requirements for the role:

• Previous experience designing and structuring employee incentive plans
• Advising on tax implications of incentive plans and regulatory compliance
• Team player – enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and disciplines
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent analytical skills with a good eye for detail
• ATT and/or CTA/ACA/legal qualification ideally but relevant experience will be considered if you don\’t have a professional qualification
