Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the safe, efficient, and professional delivery of services.
- Supervise work processes, equipment, materials, labour, and resources from start to completion, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and KPIs.

- Experience
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the grounds maintenance industry.
- Proficiency in IT applications.
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 (NVQ Level 3 desirable).
- Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Horticulture & Fine Turf (NVQ Level 3 desirable).
- Supervisory or management qualifications/training (desirable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
