Location: DerbySalary / Pay Rate: £22 – £24 P/HJob Type: Full-time

The Role

Our client seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our Repairs Team. In this role, you will carry out plastering repairs, maintenance, and renovations across the housing stock, schools, and public buildings. You will also work on new plastering projects, tiling in kitchens and bathrooms, and flooring repairs. This role requires excellent craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:Experience in plastering repairs, renovations, and maintenanceAbility to apply new plaster works to internal and external surfacesSkills in ceramic tiling for kitchens and bathroomsExperience in laying and repairing flooringAbility to work independently and resolve minor technical issues on-siteStrong customer service skills and ability to work within an appointment systemCommitment to health & safety regulations and safe working practices

Desirable:? Experience mentoring apprentices or trainees? Knowledge of multi-trade tasks under the Derby Homes multi-skilling agreement? Experience working with computerised systems for job records and reports
