Are you looking for a diverse role that is rewarding and stimulating every day? Creative Support is looking for a warm, reliable and proactive Social Inclusion Worker to join our friendly and dedicated staff team in Liverpool, Merseyside. At our Night Café, we provide quality care to individuals with mental health needs, providing them with an out of hour’s access point to receive quality care and support.

Your role will include:

  • Using early intervention techniques and support provisions to provide a safety net to those we support
  • Encouraging service users to engage in a range of exciting social activities both within and outside the café
  • Developing warm and trusting relationships with service users enabling them to enjoy their time at the café to the fullest
  • Providing a range of focused group and 1:1 support

A minimum of 1 year’s experience of working with people with mental health needs is essential for this role.

Full training is provided, as is the opportunity to work towards QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Benefits of working with Creative Support include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave and company paid enhanced DBS.
