Job Description

This South London Authority are looking for three Reablement Officers. Details of the role are:

To support the Team leader in ensuring that people are enabled to achieve or regain maximum skills for independent living in the community.

To provide direct management support to Support Workers and work on a rota basis to ensure a seven day service can be provided

To provide a person centered approach and promote independence and empowerment to support people to attain their full potential.

To develop and ensure the service focus’s on a restorative approach to maximizing an individual’s independence and enable them to link back into their community.

To apply for this role you must have:

Relevant expereince working in Reablement
Be flexible and willing to work on weekends
Be eligible to work within the UK
