Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, tender documents, and contract reports
- Monitor and control project budgets throughout the build lifecycle
- Ensure contractual compliance and proactively manage risk
- Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal project teams
What You Bring:
- Solid experience in quantity surveying, ideally within the construction industry
