We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Simulation and Modelling Group Leader to join an ambitious, highly regarded, scientific engineering / manufacturing business that are in a position of sustained growth. Your role as a Simulation and Modelling Group Leader comes with a diverse set of challenges, spanning individual project needs, departmental objectives, and even extending into the international arena. You will be accountable for balancing the demands of customers and stakeholders, ensuring the seamless integration of simulations into our active programmes whilst being supported by a hardworking and skilled team eager to follow your lead. The role promises a varied and exciting landscape of responsibilities, offering the satisfaction that comes with shaping the simulation and modelling projects as well as championing the growth and development of your team’s talents.
