Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that meet the needs of students with SEND. Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students, in collaboration with other staff and external professionals.

Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes the social and emotional well-being of students. Work closely with teaching assistants and other support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student development.

Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in SEND education. Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external agencies to support student learning and development. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Experience working with children with SEND in an educational setting. Strong understanding of SEND best practices and strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEND.
