We are hiring Customer Service Advisors to join a well-established and renowned organization based in Newcastle. This is a full-time, work-from-office role with strong potential to convert to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer contacts promptly and professionally via phone and/or digital channels
- Accurately log and validate all customer interactions using the case/call logging system
- Resolve customer queries efficiently using relevant tools and internal systems
- Deliver a positive customer experience while meeting service standards
