Stores Operative | £25,000 | Poole Purpose As a Stores Operative, you will play a key role in the stores department, working closely with the production team within a well established manufacturing environment with the opportunity to progress and grow. Your Benefits: Discretionary Bonus Scheme 23 days of holiday (plus bank holidays) 8-5pm Mon to Fri – no weekends working Free on-site parking Training & Development: Commitment to training and development, introduction to company values, and support from your manager. Responsibilities As a Stores Operative your duties will involve: Following pick lists and kit preparation Picking parts for production team Packing and labelling parts using great eye for detail Quality checking products Booking courier collections Assisting the warehouse with loading / unloading of deliveries. Background The successful Stores Operative will have: A background within a warehouse or stores environment The ability to work within a small team with a proactive attitude Good communication skills with the ability to liaise across various departments.
