Senior Business Analyst

Owing to our continued, sustainable growth, Accord Solutions is delighted to invite applications for a Senior Business Analyst to join us on a permanent basis as part of our Solutions team. This role can be based in either Glasgow, Edinburgh, Leeds or Nottingham.

The Solutions team consists of Software Developers, Modern Workplace Developers, Analysts and Project Managers. As a group, we work closely together and will provide our customers with the expertise to deliver innovative software solutions. Youll be given the opportunity to develop your own skills whilst providing key support to some of the most innovative clients in the market.

The role will involve the development and delivery of IT solutions:

• Understand business processes As-is and To-Be modelling.

• Documenting Software Requirements.

• Managing Change Requests through to LIVE.

• Presenting high-quality training to engage people with change.

• Creating and updating training materials.

• Designing and delivering training on various IT systems on a one-to-one, classroom, remote and workshop basis.

• Providing post-implementation training and support.

• Be an excellent and energetic communicator.

• Have good written and language skills.

• Entrepreneurial self-starter.

• Passion for IT.

• Have an appreciation of the end-user experience.

• Creative and solution focused.

• Ability to travel across the UK, including overnight stays.

• Knowledge of the Office 365 Suite.

• Driving Licence as occasional travel throughout the UK.
