Im delighted to be supporting a great Client of ours, expanding tech business with recruitment of their brand-new Performance Marketing Specialist/ Manager role. This vacancy would be a strong match for someone who already gained some experience as a Demand Generation Specialist, PPC Specialist, Paid Channels Specialist, Growth Marketer, Growth Hacker or Digital Acquisition Specialist. What youll be doing The successful candidate will report into the MD and they will initially be the sole marketer (with a view of hiring another team member in 2025). This role will focus on sales pipeline and revenue growth in oppose to only generating web traffic or MQLs. The successful postholder will work closely with senior leaders to determine the optimal marketing channel mix. There will be an emphasis on paid ads across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Youtube, Reddit or sponsored email campaigns. This role will entail a close collaboration with the sales team as well as the copywriter and designer to create highly targeted compelling landing pages and other assets designed to convert prospects into opportunities.
