Rapier Employment Ltd is currently hiring Warehouse Operatives for our client in Crick. Are you looking for a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking Warehouse Operatives to join our team! If you are someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys physical work, and values teamwork, then this might be the perfect opportunity for you.
Shifts & Pay:
- 4 on 4 off schedule
- Days: 6am - 6pm | £12.52/hr
- Nights: 6pm - 6am | £13.52/hr
- Overtime: £18.78/hr

A Forklift license or similar certification and previous warehouse experience would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing products.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse.
