Role Overview: We are seeking a friendly and organised Library & Digital Assistant to support daily operations and provide excellent service to learners and staff. Candidate must have customer service/admin experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist at the front desk, including signing out resources.
- Help learners with digital skills, such as using Google tools.
- Support in resetting passwords and basic technical assistance.
- Ensure the Learning Hub is tidy and well-organized.
