Role Overview: We are seeking a friendly and organised Library & Digital Assistant to support daily operations and provide excellent service to learners and staff. Candidate must have customer service/admin experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist at the front desk, including signing out resources.
  • Help learners with digital skills, such as using Google tools.
  • Support in resetting passwords and basic technical assistance.
  • Ensure the Learning Hub is tidy and well-organized.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic digital literacy and experience using common digital tools.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a welcoming environment.
