Required Skills and Experience: We are looking for an English Teacher who has: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is an Early Career Teacher (ECT). Proven experience teaching English at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4). Excellent subject knowledge and classroom management skills. A passion for inspiring and motivating students to achieve their best. The ability to work collaboratively with staff and contribute to school life. Working as an English Teacher for Flourish Education includes: A daily pay rate of £130 to £220, equivalent to £25,350 to £42,900 annually for a full school year. The choice of PAYE or Umbrella payment methods. Holiday pay accrued at 12.07% of your daily rate (PAYE candidates). Pension contributions. Free, comprehensive safeguarding and Prevent Duty training. A £100 welcome bonus upon completing 10 days of work. A Refer a Friend bonus scheme. Regular support and contact throughout your placement.
