They are now seeking a Bookkeeper & Accounts Assistant to join their busy team based in Enfield.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in bookkeeping, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

* Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

* Process invoices, payments and receipts.

* Reconcile bank statements and financial records.

* Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments.

* Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.

* Assist with month-end, quarterly and year-end financial reporting.

* Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers and clients.

* Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.

Requirements / Experience:

* Proven experience in bookkeeping, including AP and AR.

* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
