Multi Trade Operative

I am currently looking for a Multi Trade Operative to work on a social housing contract around the Atherstone area. This Multi Trade Operative will be expected to carry out reactive maintenance on tenanted and void properties.What you can expect as a Multi Trade Operative;

• Weekly pay
• £22 per hour
• Van supplied
• Long term contract

As a Multi Trade Operative we need you to have;

• Experience in trades or a qualification in either Carpentry or Plastering
• Conscientious and aware of Health and Safety
• Driving licence
• Social housing experience
• Willingness to have a basic DBS check.

I would be really excited if you have:

• The ability to complete jobs in trades other than your core trade, including plastering, tiling, carpentry and plumbing.
• Experience in using PDA or an app that delivers jobs onto a smart phone
