This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established FMCG manufacturer in Market Weighton, Yorkshire.The Role:As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing engineering team, ensuring the smooth operation of all maintenance and reliability activities across the site. You’ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, reducing downtime, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.Key Responsibilities:? Lead and develop the engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence.? Oversee PPM and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime, ideally electrical bias.? Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.? Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards.?
