The Role:
As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing engineering team, ensuring the smooth operation of all maintenance and reliability activities across the site. You’ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, reducing downtime, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Oversee PPM and reactive maintenance to minimise downtime, ideally electrical bias.
- Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards.
- Work closely with production teams to optimise plant efficiency.
