Arrow Electronics is seeking a Managed Services Platform Architect to design and oversee the architecture of our managed services platform ecosystem. In this role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders and development partners to ensure the platform meets functional requirements and operates securely within Arrow's guidelines. You will play a critical role in shaping the platform's evolution and ensuring the successful delivery of development projects.
What will you be doing at Arrow?
- Work with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize functional development of the managed services platform.
- Collaborate with development partners to ensure on-time releases, thorough testing, and high-quality developments.
- Provide the program manager with input on platform evolution and functional releases.
- Maintain the architectural design of the managed services platform ecosystem.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation on processes and functional capabilities of the platform ecosystem.
- Ensure the security of the ecosystem in accordance with Arrow guidelines and policies.
- Continuously assess the platform's performance and recommend enhancements to optimize functionality and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into architectural specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to managed services platforms and architecture.
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in a platform architecture role, preferably within managed services or similar environments.
- Proven experience in working with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize development efforts.
- Strong knowledge of software development processes, including agile methodologies.
