The Role:

Are you a caring, creative, and energetic individual who loves working with children? We are searching for an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to help shape young minds and provide exceptional care and learning experiences. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Bringing learning to life with engaging and imaginative activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
  • Creating a warm, safe, and stimulating environment where children can flourish.
  • Supporting the emotional, social, and cognitive development of young learners.
  • Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress, keeping parents involved every step of the way.
  • Collaborating with a fantastic team to make every day meaningful and fun!
  • Ensuring safeguarding policies and procedures are always followed.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience working in an early year setting.
  • A solid understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • A warm and nurturing personality with excellent communication skills.
  • A passion for child development and early education.
  • An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
