This high-growth, temp-led recruitment business are seeking an experienced individual with relevant industry experience and a proven background of reviewing and improving processes and driving efficiencies.
There is a culture of constant improvement and you will be reviewing, identifying and driving the change to increase productivity and ensure improved, robust controls are in place. You will ensure that the finance function works in a highly collaborative and structured manner with other departments at the planning and the implementation stage of all projects. You will be highly analytical with strong commercial instincts and demonstratable experience of having created a ‘best in class’ finance function.
You will have a history of offering insights and tools that drive commercially oriented and independent decision making across previous businesses.
You will instinctively understand the perspective of the Leadership team and the board, and you will need to proactively provide the information and insight necessary for decision making., * A qualified Accountant. ACA, CIMA and ACCA
