Reactive Maintenance Electrician

Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting an Reactive Maintenance Electrician for a permanent role.

Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its electrical team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future. Working in either North or South London regions.

The Role

• Carry out electrical inspections/testing on all electrical circuits, components and CCU’s
• full replacements of Fans/Heater/lights
• installation and replacement of lighting/socket circuits
• Knowledge of current legislation
• Experience working within social housing
• Be able to work alone and within a team
• Good practical skills
• Good communication with customers
• Positive attitude and time keeping

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work in a safe and orderly manner in accordance with the current regulations.
• Have a good understanding of reactive electrical maintenance and be able to identify/report faults.
• Undertake maintenance on electrical components and be able to repair/adapt if necessary.
• Document all relevant information and/or use the One serve Application accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications / Experience

City & Guilds 18th Edition (or equivalent)

City & Guilds level 3 electrotechnical qualification in electrical installation or equivalent.
