SEN Experience: Previous experience working with students with a range of SEND needs, including ASD, PMLD, and other learning disabilities desirable.

Adaptable and Compassionate: A flexible approach to teaching, with the ability to differentiate lessons and provide compassionate, student-centered support.

Strong Leadership: Proven ability to lead a classroom and work collaboratively with support staff to achieve positive outcomes for students.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
