We are seeking an exceptional Director of Private Office (Concierge) to join the Maybourne Guest Experience team.

Maybourne owns and manages Claridge\’s, The Connaught, The Berkeley, The Emory, The Maybourne Beverly Hills and The Maybourne Riviera.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

As the Director of the Private Office (Concierge), you will also be responsible for spearheading the establishment of a centralized concierge function that will serve the program and build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients on behalf of Maybourne.

Main responsibilities of the Director of Private Office (Concierge) role include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the centralized concierge
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with UHNWI members
  • Guest Experience Management
  • Team development & leadership

Successful candidates for our Director of Private Office (Concierge) opportunity will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on concierge services or guest relations.
  • Strong background in establishing and managing centralized service functions, with a proven ability to implement operational efficiencies.
  • Exceptional understanding of UHNWI clientele and the ability to anticipate and fulfill their unique needs.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build relationships with high-profile clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
