The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.

Supporting two lead Asset Managers you will work closely to support on a range of issues across either ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) or Energy/Climate Change. You will have the opportunity to have a big impact in this division which is circa 70 people and both asset managers report directly into the CEO of the division so you will need to be able to work closely with, advise and support a number of senior stakeholders. You will also need to have the flexibility to travel 1 week per quarter most likely to Brazil, Switzerland or South Africa. Although other locations where M&A activity is taking place are also possible destinations. A selection of the key responsibilities below: Support Asset Managers on projects and initiatives encapsulating all key strategic areas of the underlying assets Support on future M&A transactions and integration streams On the ERM focused role Sustaining ERM across the Oil Asset Department and its underlying existing assets Implementing ERM across new assets acquired On the Climate role Analyse Greenhouse Gas (“GHG”) emission reduction opportunities, and develop resulting consolidated Departmental reports including preparation of various presentations as required by Headquarters (using tools such as marginal abatement costs curves (MACCs) etc.) Development of departmental processes for the routine monitoring and aggregation of asset-level GHG performance We are looking for qualified accountants (ACA preferred) with strong analytical skills and some post qualified commercial (Transaction services/Audit Advisory/Management information and analysis) experience, ideally in the energy sector, but other industrial operations will be considered.
