Operating across England, Scotland, and Wales, we support a diverse client base including homeowners, developers, insurers, financial institutions, and legal professionals.
As a member of our dynamic team of Chartered Surveyors, Valuers, Building Engineers, and Environmental Health Practitioners, you will have the flexibility to shape your career while contributing to a wide range of technical and consultancy projects in both the public and private sectors.
You will be involved in the following instructions:
- Homebuyer Surveys and Reports
- Building Surveys
- Valuations and Property Appraisals
- Expert Witness Work
- Specific Defect Inspections
- Structural Assessments
- New Build Monitoring
- Dilapidation Services
- Schedules of Condition
- Licence to Alter
- Party Wall Matters

The ideal candidate will have:
- Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)
- MRICS/FRICS qualification
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Experience in residential surveying, particularly Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent and accurate report writing skills
- Strong technical writing and communication skills (internal and external)
- Strong numeracy skills
- Ability to build relationships with professionals at all levels
- Well-organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Ability to meet deadlines
- A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined, and commercially astute
