Operating across England, Scotland, and Wales, we support a diverse client base including homeowners, developers, insurers, financial institutions, and legal professionals.

As a member of our dynamic team of Chartered Surveyors, Valuers, Building Engineers, and Environmental Health Practitioners, you will have the flexibility to shape your career while contributing to a wide range of technical and consultancy projects in both the public and private sectors.

You will be involved in the following instructions:

  • Homebuyer Surveys and Reports
  • Building Surveys
  • Valuations and Property Appraisals
  • Expert Witness Work
  • Specific Defect Inspections
  • Structural Assessments
  • New Build Monitoring
  • Dilapidation Services
  • Schedules of Condition
  • Licence to Alter
  • Party Wall Matters

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Degree in Building Surveying (RICS accredited)
  • MRICS/FRICS qualification
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car
  • Experience in residential surveying, particularly Homebuyer Reports and Building Surveys
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent and accurate report writing skills
  • Strong technical writing and communication skills (internal and external)
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Ability to build relationships with professionals at all levels
  • Well-organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • A team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined, and commercially astute
