A position has become available for a Nursery Manager at a private children's day nursery in Richmond. The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2 years nursery management experience, possessing strong management and leadership skills, as well as a sound working knowledge of Ofsted standards and the EYFS framework.
Position Details
- Overseeing the planning and development of the nursery setting
- Promoting a safe, caring, stimulating environment
- Supporting and promoting the provision of outstanding childcare
- Supporting staff development
- Liaising with the Local Authorities and other professionals associated with the nursery
You will ideally have:
- Minimum level 3 qualification in Childcare such as EYE, NVQ, NNEB, CACHE or recognised equivalent
- Minimum 18 months nursery management experience
- Up to date knowledge of EYFS framework and regulations
- Comprehensive knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
- Ability to identify priorities and meet outcomes
