Senior Account Manager/Team Leader Location: Cambridgeshire, East Anglia, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire or Leicestershire Salary £45k-£50k plus commission The Client is a rapidly growing company and manufacturer of Healthcare products into care homes. The Job Responsible for managing some of our client’s largest key accounts within the care groups. Managing a small team of existing Account Managers 2-3 in total, leading, motivating, and carrying out appraisals. Also, Training and Induction for new starters. Working closely with key decision makers within care groups to generate new opportunities and book appointments for sales team visits. Look at potential new one-off sales projects. The Ideal Candidate Ideally, you will have both Account Management and Leadership experience. Those with strong Key Account Management experience along may also be considered. The Salary A Base Salary of between £45k £50k is negotiable. It includes Private medical healthcare, Training and Development, 25 days of holidays, and bank holidays
