What you’ll learn
As a Financial Services Professional apprentice, you’ll join a pioneering front office apprenticeship programme, working in a dynamic, exciting area of our business and gaining a qualification at the same time.
Your apprenticeship will take around three years to complete, and cover key areas such as:
- Client and customer relationships
- Delivering services
- Financial services legal and regulatory framework
- Strategy and planning
- Problem solving and decision making
Salary
£25,000 plus fantastic benefits. Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, your salary will increase.
Locations London, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh
While you settle in, you’ll mostly be working in your hub office. You’ll then move to hybrid working with a minimum of two days in the office each week.
Requirements
What you’ll need to apply
For our roles in England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey or the Isle of Man you’ll need GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 4-9 in both Maths and English. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old on 1st September 2025.
For our roles in Scotland, you’ll need National 5 (or equivalent) at grade A-C in both Maths and English. You’ll also need to be at least 18 years old by the end of February 2026.
These grades can be predicted, but any offer made to you will be conditional upon successful achievement of these qualifications.
If you have a degree, you can still apply for one of our apprenticeships, but this cannot be in a subject that’s related to the apprenticeship. We’ll need to see a copy of your degree module transcript to review your prior learning.
