Job Details:
- Location: Cardiff, Wales - NHS Hospital
- Duration: 6 months (potential for extension)
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (30-minute lunch)
- Start Date: April
- Rate of Pay: £30 - £45 per hour (via Umbrella)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving patient care within an acute hospital setting.
- Perform comprehensive patient medication reviews.
- Provide ward-based clinical pharmacy support for surgical & medical wards.
- Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- A current and valid GPhC registration.
- Prior hospital ward experience and confidence in ward-based working.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM. The contract is for 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
