The Accounts Receivable Team Leader will lead a small team in ensuring all aspects of the Accounts Receivable processes are met. The successful candidate will be expected to motivate and drive continuous improvement across processes, ensuring the team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Accounts Receivable Clerks.
- Ensure team members are performing at a high level and cover responsibilities where necessary.
- Support team members within their roles.
- Process and manage any court claims in relation to customers/employees owing the business money.
- Ensure that all accounts receivable invoicing and collections are recorded accurately and collected on a timely basis.
- Reconcile all accounts receivable accounts and allocate funds received in a timely manner.
- Meet month-end deadlines.
- Assist with the recruitment for new or replacement roles within the team, should the need arise.
