Architectural Technician

About the role:

A well established practice in Cardiff is looking for an Architectural Technician/Technologist to support them for the next 6 months, with scope to be a temp to perm too.

Start: ASAP/Beginning of April

Location: Cardiff

Salary/Rate: DOE

Duration: 6 months + (temp to perm an option after this period)

Responsibilities:

The role involves joining and assisting the team due to an influx of work heading into the delivery stages, the role will focus on the technical stages (4-5) using Revit. The workload consists of education (schools, colleges, universities etc) and mixed use residential projects (4 storey developments).

Requirements:

• Strong Revit skills are essential.
• Highly experienced in later RIBA stages 4-5.
• Experience working on education and residential schemes is highly admirable.

The role offers hybrid working with interview slots at the end of this week/beginning of next week.
