I’ve partnered with a super-exciting scaleup based in Hertfordshire looking for an HR Insights Consultant to take responsibility for translating HR data into actionable strategies that help clients drive informed decision-making. This role involves data analysis, client consulting, and delivering strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Key responsibilities:- Analyze survey data, identify key themes, and present insights to senior leaders.
- Deliver executive presentations and strategic recommendations.
- Guide leadership teams in understanding engagement trends and industry benchmarks.
- Support clients in survey design and engagement strategy development.
- Facilitate workshops and coaching sessions to help managers act on insights.
- Create content on my client’s business trends and best practices.
- Represent the business at events, webinars, and conferences.
- Contribute to strategic discussions on engagement roadmaps.
- Onboarding / training new customers.
- 2+ years in an Insight/Research role dealing with HR/Employee data
- Strong data analysis and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with senior leaders.
