This is a data-driven role, requiring a deep understanding of credit card mechanics, including:
- Credit card transactions & account data: analysing trends in payments, arrears, interest, and spending behavior
- Customer segmentation: tracking how customers move into different ‘buckets’ based on behavior and payments
- Data process changes: documenting, version-controlling, and dashboarding updates in Power BI
- SQL & Power BI: extracting, transforming, and visualising data to generate actionable insights
