The Role: As a Neighbourhood Officer, you’ll manage a dedicated patch of (Apply online only) properties, supporting tenants in all aspects of tenancy management. Your work will combine office hours with time in the community, ensuring you stay close to the people you’re helping. This temporary role is ideal for someone who can quickly step in, work autonomously, and bring a proactive, person-centred approach. Neighbourhood Officer – Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding support to tenants, ensuring compliance and maintaining tenancies. Liaise with relevant services to help tenants navigate tenancy challenges and connect with relevant services. Conduct regular property, estate and health & safety inspections to maintain high standards. Resolve tenancy issues, from managing neighbour disputes to tenancy changes and queries. About You: Available Immediately: Ready to start and make an impact from day one. Experienced in Housing: Solid background in housing management, ideally within social housing. Person-Centred, Solutions-Focused, and Empathetic: Committed to delivering meaningful support and solutions tailored to each tenant’s needs. Proactive and Independent: Comfortable managing your workload with minimal guidance. Driver’s License Required: You’ll be mobile, working between the office and your community patch.
