We work closely with an outstanding, welcoming and well-resourced SEN School in High Barnet who require an experienced male to support their SEN students in class and on school trips. This school is one of three SEN Schools within a reputable Trust. As such, working here opens many doors to career progression and promotion opportunities. Historically, effective SEN LSA's have been rewarded with greater responsibility and an increase in pay, with options to move between all three sites and receive award-winning training.

Essential requirements:

  • Do you have some SEN experience in either a school or among family members you support?
  • Are you committed to working in an SEN setting?
  • Do you hold a DBS on the Update System?
  • Can you commit to working full-time, 5 days per week?

If you’ve never worked with SEN students, can’t work 5 days per week and do not have a DBS on the Update System, please do not apply for this role. We’re looking for someone with experience who can start immediately. This SEN School is conveniently positioned outside High Barnet station on the Northern Line.
