We are looking for a Registered Manager (or a strong Deputy ready to step up) to take the reins of a small, homely, and well settled service for adults with learning disabilities in Wolverhampton. This is a settled, active, and low-complexity service where your leadership will make a real difference. If you are passionate about person-centred care, empowering independence, and building strong, supportive teams - we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading day-to-day operations of the service
  • Creating and reviewing care and support plans
  • Mentoring and supervising staff
  • Managing referrals, assessments, and local authority meetings
  • Overseeing medication and internal audits
  • Planning engaging, community-based activities
  • Driving quality through governance and compliance

What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience in learning disabilities services (as a Registered Manager or Deputy)
  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or working towards it - Level 3 minimum)
  • A flexible, proactive approach to shared on-call duties
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • A passion for inclusion, independence, and quality care
  • A self-starter who is values driven and committed to securing the best outcomes for the people they support and their team.
