We’re looking for a Creditor Liaison Advisor to join our team. The principal responsibility is to interact directly with all creditors as well as manage all inbound and outbound communications, ensuring effective and timely responses. What’s in it for you? Effectively manage all outbound calls out fromthe department, either taking the action to service and resolve the creditor’s enquiry or by setting tasks and follow up actions. Accurately updating debts managed under plans, inputting data received from creditors (letters, e mails, spreadsheets, telephone conversations) ensuring the notes reflect the information obtained. Proactively contact creditors where required, negotiating appropriately to ensure the best outcome is achieved for the consumer. Effectively question and challenge any declined offers, interest where not frozen, and further collections activity, to ensure that the core product is being managed to a highquality, meeting consumer’s expectations. Note files accurately and concisely with any follow up actions ensuring all follow up work is completed, notifying the consumer of any changes. Remain positive, polite, and professional to preserve the reputation and integrity of the business. Meet all compliance requirements, giving correct and best advice in line with company processes and procedures along with all regulatory requirements. What skills and experience do we need you to have? Understanding of availabledebt solutions in the UK. specifically, IVA and Debt Management in preferred but not essential. Enthusiastic to learn and develop new skills. Have experience in a similarly fast paced, targeted service environment. Understand methodology and application of consumer experience and first call resolution. Organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise own workloads with initiative. Prides self on quality and is motivated by performance targets and providing excellent customer service. Willingness to be flexible dependent upon the demands of the business.
