As our next Front Line Manager (Logistics), you will be overseeing the Logistics and Warehouse operation while leading a team of colleagues on shift. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operation at the site and the fulfilment of customer requirements.
To excel in this role, you will need to have good interpersonal skills, able to work cross-functionally across different teams alongside an ability to adapt to different stakeholders internally and externally. You are joining a stable, well-established and well-performing team with an opportunity to play a part in the success of the team.
Working with a team of Warehouse and Logistics colleagues, you will be responsible for managing compliance ensuring drivers are in line with legislation, ensuring that Health & Safety processes are being followed correctly, and managing the day-to-day operations including handover from the previous shift, shift briefing, rotas and staffing alongside any team management and employee relations requirements. In this role, you will work within a very close-knit team environment within an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
As a Front Line Manager (Logistics), you would relish being responsible for the day-to-day operation, ensuring that customer requirements are fulfilled. You will be working less than half the year due to the fantastic shift pattern on offer.

- Experience managing a team
- Experience managing employee relations matters such as absence, sickness, grievances, disciplinaries, investigations and return to works
- Must have experience working in a Logistics or Warehouse environment
- Warehouse and transport system experience
