We’re an independent marketing agency in the heart of Leamington Spa’s Creative Quarter. We don’t do boring. We don’t do predictable. We’re looking for a talented Middleweight Designer to join our creative team. You’ll play a key role in crafting visually engaging work across digital, print, and branding projects. Whether it’s social content, brand identity, or campaign visuals, you’ll help bring ideas to life. Great design and craft are second nature to you. You challenge briefs, ask questions and solve problems to deliver effective creative solutions in any media.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Create standout design work across a variety of channels, including digital, social, print, and brand identity.
- Work closely with the wider creative, strategy, and account teams to develop and execute ideas.
- Take projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality execution.
- Push creative boundaries—because beige is boring.
- Present your work confidently, both internally and to clients.
- Stay on top of design trends and bring fresh thinking to every brief.
- Manage multiple projects, balancing creativity with efficiency.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years of experience in a design role, ideally in an agency environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity across brands and channels.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience designing for digital and social platforms, as well as print.
- Strong typographic and visual layout skills, with a good understanding of design communication.
- The ability to take feedback constructively and push ideas further.
- Great time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
