Exceptional opportunity for a high quality corporate lawyer to join a leading international firm in Birmingham. My client boasts an excellent reputation for both the quality of its corporate practice and the calibre of clients it acts for, regularly advising FTSE 100 and blue-chip organisations on high value M&A, corporate finance, VC and private equity matters. A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced corporate lawyer of 4+yrs PQE to join its team in Birmingham in a role which will offers top quality work on a regular basis, including cross-border transactions and technically challenging matters which only the top firms get access to. The successful applicant is likely to have accrued their experience at a leading international, City or top-tier national firm and will be able to demonstrate a range of technical experience covering mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations, MBOs/MBIs, joint ventures and venture capital transactions. You will have at least 4 yrs PQE or equivalent and will be looking to join a prestigious and leading player within the UK and international markets. Remuneration is towards the top end of market rate and will be tailored to attract the best talent available.
