We are leaders in the field of residential building expert witness work, and growing operations in party walls and pre-purchase surveys. With the advantage of new technology and our established position in the market we have the opportunity to grow significantly over the next 3 years and are seeking a surveyor to join our team in the London area.
Our ethos is to focus on quality over quantity and we provide professional administration support and monthly CPD to ensure our surveyors can focus on developing their technical expertise.
Main Responsibilities- Carrying out inspections and producing reports in accordance with instructions received
- Liaising with administrative colleagues to organise appointments and preparation of the reports
- Responding to queries and Part 35 Questions as required
- Responding to information requests from instructing solicitors
You are likely to have completed your professional qualification and worked in the residential environment and be seeking the next step.
You should also be:
- an Associate RICS, MRICS or MCIOB for at least 1 year.
- Experienced in residential building pathology
- IT proficient
Whilst training will be given, any of the following qualifications and experience would be advantageous:
- An RICS accredited building survey degree
- Experiencing housing condition claims
- Pre-purchase surveys
- 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
- Mileage allowance
