Position Overview: Catalyst Partners are delighted to be partnering with an innovative Law firm who are seeking a Reward & Benefits Manager to independently oversee the creation, execution, and management of the firm's compensation and benefits programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with the People team to create and execute a compensation and benefits strategy that aligns with the firm's goals.
- Program Review: Evaluate current benefits offerings and compensation structures, recommending enhancements to maintain competitiveness and attract top talent.
- Expert Consultation: Serve as the primary expert and contact for the People team and firm on all compensation and benefits matters.
- Process Management: Oversee end-to-end processes including annual benefit contract renewals, benefit selection windows, and benchmarking exercises.
- Salary Review Leadership: Lead the firm's salary review process, making recommendations to the Board on bonuses and salary increases, managing benchmarking data, and ensuring effective internal communication.
- Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with third-party providers, including benefits brokers.
- Data Analysis: Analyse compensation and benefits data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Project Leadership: Lead reward and benefits-related projects and support other firm-wide initiatives requiring your expertise.
- Market Awareness: Stay informed about external market trends and best practices to ensure the firm delivers high-quality services.
- Operational Management: Handle day-to-day enrolment and changes in benefit programs, reconcile invoices, conduct audits for compliance and accuracy, and analyse market trends.
- Payroll Oversight: Provide guidance and advice to the People team on staff payroll matters.
