The role of Account Manager is a mid-level position in our Account Management team. Reporting into a Business Director, you will work alongside other members of the team on a range of projects and client accounts within our portfolio.
In this role you’ll be responsible for the smooth delivery of projects - from briefing designers, copywriters and content creators, to understanding and creating budgets and timelines. You will help to build strategic plans, co-ordinate the resources needed to deliver creative work, ensure projects stay within budget, and balance the expectations of clients with the execution of our work.
It will be your job to uncover and understand what makes our clients tick, and begin learning how to develop and grow accounts.
- Manage the smooth delivery of projects, retainers and work within the agency.
- Ensuring projects are delivered within budget, according to timeline, and to a high standard.
- Liaise with and manage creative, strategy, and production teams on a day-to-day basis.
- Acting as the bridge between departments and driving campaigns and projects forward.
- Collaborate with the finance dept, sharing weekly finance updates and monitoring budget spend.
- Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, and acting as an ambassador for Digital Natives.
A keen interest in social media, marketing, and understanding of digital and social platforms.
- A proactive approach and excellent organisational skills in managing projects.
- Ability to multi-task and manage a number of projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills - you will be the go-to person on your accounts.
