One of the city’s most prestigious law firms is looking to hire a Business Services Assistant / Administrator into their Exeter office on a permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who has gained some (if not much) experience within an admin role, who wants to take their career to the next level. The role will involve a varied list of tasks focused on administration within the office, from processing mail, photocopying, and liaising with contractors, to meeting with external clients and covering Reception and Events. There will also be the option to take on a security course, which will result in taking on some extra responsibilities and a solid salary increase. The role will involve working on a rota system between the hours of 8am to 6pm (36.25 hours per week), Monday to Friday.
